1. How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.


2. Do you provide international shipping?

We currently provide shipping across the GCC area (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates).


3. When will I receive my order?

4. How do I check the status of my order?


When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


5. What do I do if I don't receive my order?


If you haven’t received your order within the specified number of days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


6. What do I do if my product arrives damaged?


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

7. Can I return my product?

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

8. Do I have to pay any international taxes, duties, etc.?


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HAUZ.Co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

9. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?


In case you want to amend your order, please contact us at the earliest and we will accommodate your request if the order hasn't been already shipped.
